Michele Langelier - Hospital Administrator

Michele joined the Island Veterinary Hospital in 1991 as a Veterinary Receptionist and then eventually took on the position of Hospital Adminstrator.

Michele and Ken's wedding was filmed by Banyon Productions based in Philidelphia. Their wedding was an episode of 'The Wedding Story' airing on The Learning Channel's (TLC). Their family includes ten children, Shanna, Jenn, Robin, Nicole, Brian, Kevin, Robert, Brittany, Kyle and Caitlin (Cat).

Michele and Ken both enjoy photography and travel. Some of Michele's photos have been featured on The Animal Planet and Wildphotos.ca. They have visited Costa Rica, Mauii, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Austria, Italy, Mexico, South Africa, Belize, Swaziland and many parts of the United States and Canada.

Michele and Ken have three American Hairless dogs, Asia, Lulu and Sahara, a toy poodle, Bobbi, a Rottweiller (with an undocked tail!) Raven, and two cats, Bebe and Fil. They live on small acreage in north Nanaimo where they have a wooded park with a fairy theme and two Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Charlie and Chevy and many free-range rabbits.
