Michele Langelier - Reception

Michele joined the Island Veterinary Hospital in 1991 as a Veterinary Receptionist and then eventually took on the position of Hospital Office Manager and has now returned to the job she loved best, reception. 

Michele and Ken's wedding was filmed by Banyon Productions based in Philidelphia. Their wedding was an episode of 'The Wedding Story' airing on The Learning Channel’s (TLC).  Their family includes ten children, Shanna, Jenn, Robin, Nicole, Brian, Kevin, Robert, Brittany, Kyle and Caitlin (Cat). 

Michele and Ken both enjoy photography and travel.  Some of Michele's photos have been featured on The Animal Planet and Wildphotos.ca.  They have visited Costa Rica, Mauii, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Austria, Italy, Mexico, South Africa, Belize, Swaziland and many parts of the United States and Canada,

Michele and Ken have two American Hairless dogs, Asia and Sahara, a toy poodle, Bobbi, a Rottweiller (with an undocked tail!) Raven, and three cats, Bebe, Fil and Maverick.  They live on small acreage in north Nanaimo where they have a wooded park with a fairy theme and three Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Charlie, Zoe, and Chevy.
