
Dr. Sue Young

Dr. Young was a Saskatchewan raised farm girl. Sue first obtained a degree as a veterinary technician from the Kelsey Institute in Saskatoon. After practicing for 3 years as a veterinary technician in Regina Sue decided to obtain a degree in veterinary medicine from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and practiced in Wisconsin until 1991. At that time Dr. Young and her veterinary surgery specialist husband, Bill Crawford established a veterinary hospital in Alberta. Dr. Young joined the Island Veterinary Hospital in 2003.
Sue has a Border Collie, Katie and a cat, Buddy.
